2. Products

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, sizing information, and other product details are as accurate as possible.

Colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings.

Some Underseen products may intentionally include design characteristics such as:

Distressing
Fading
Raw or unfinished edges
Fraying
Washed effects
Colour variations
Other intentionally worn or unfinished details

These characteristics are intentional parts of the design when they are shown or described on the relevant product page.

An intentional design feature is not considered a product defect simply because a customer does not like its appearance.

This does not affect any statutory consumer rights if a product is genuinely defective or does not correspond to its description.

3. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are submitting an order to purchase the selected products.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

We reserve the right to cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, including where:

A product has been incorrectly listed due to a technical or pricing error
A product is unavailable
We reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity

If an order is cancelled after payment has been made, the amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are shown in the applicable currency and include applicable taxes where required by law.

Any applicable shipping costs will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Consumers purchasing online in Finland or other EU countries generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

The withdrawal period generally begins when the consumer receives the goods. The consumer does not need to provide a reason for exercising this right.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must clearly inform Underseen of the decision to withdraw within the applicable withdrawal period.

Nothing in these Terms of Service limits any mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable Finnish or EU law.

7. Condition of Returned Products

Customers may inspect and try on clothing to the extent reasonably necessary to determine its size, fit, and characteristics.

If a product is handled beyond what is reasonably necessary for this purpose and its value decreases as a result, the customer may be responsible for that loss in value where permitted by applicable law.

For example, excessive use, washing, stains, odours, damage, or other use beyond reasonable inspection may affect the amount refunded.

The customer's statutory right of withdrawal itself is not removed merely because the product has been handled beyond the necessary inspection; any applicable reduction is handled in accordance with consumer protection law.

8. Distressing and Intentional Design Features

Underseen may sell products with intentional distressing, fading, fraying, raw edges, washes, colour variations, or other intentionally unfinished characteristics.

These features are part of the intended design when they are clearly shown or described on the product page.

A customer cannot claim that such an intentional design characteristic is a manufacturing defect merely because they do not like its appearance.

This does not affect the customer's statutory rights if the product has a genuine defect or does not match its description.

9. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products
